$9.95 FLAT RATE TOTAL POSTAGE in Australia All orders are despatched via Australia Post express postage bags with a tracking number. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery. You will receive email notification when your order has been sent including the Australia Post tracking number. LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE If you live in or around Denmark you can choose the LOCAL PICK UP option. This enables you to browse and purchase from the store and then call in to pick up your order during our opening times.

Returns & Refunds
RETURS & REFUND POLICY – Terms & Conditions
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase for another item or a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges or refunds will not be process if the item has been worn, and please DO NOT remove any tags until you are happy with the item you have purchased.

Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel if you intend to return the item to us. Email is available 24 hours a day and our shop is open 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday, and 10am – 4pm Saturday, Western Australia time.
Postage for returning items is your responsibility, unless the item you received is incorrect or faulty. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and/or postage insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. We recommend Australia Post Express Postage bags for easy, trackable returns.
Exchange Policy.
Please contact the shop immediately by telephone on 08 9848 2118 or by email if you would like to exchange items to a different size or for another style. We will hold the item you prefer until we receive the exchanged item back in store..
You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your items to us for a refund. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items back to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
Postage charges are not refundable..
Clearance / Sale items Exceptions.
Please choose SALE items carefully, as we do not offer exchange or refund on the clearance or sale items unless the item is faulty, delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty goods or Incorrect Supply
All items posted out will be inspected thoroughly by our staff for any faults, however in the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty, or the item you have been sent is incorrect, please notify us to receive a Return Authority number (RA#) by telephone on 08 9848 2118 or by email before returning the item.
Items received back at our shop will be inspected for manufacturing faults. Items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense.
Refunds for goods deemed as faulty will be processed manually at our shop in Denmark, WA.
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur a cancellation fee, which is 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Our preferred payment is with PAYPAL. This method is the fastest, easiest and most secure method of payment for both you the customer and for us.

Register your credit card or debit card with your Paypal account. You can pay by simply choosing PayPal at checkout, logging into your PayPal account, and confirming your payment. Paypal then completes the process for you, without sharing your financial details with merchants and sellers.

Direct deposit is also available for you to transfer funds from your bank account to our bank account. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods & services tax) .
Our pricing is in line with the recommended retail price for each item as defined by the brand or label. We do aim to be competitive and bring desirable but affordable clothes into your life. We are an individual shop and do not have the buying power of a chain or discount store, however items do go on sale towards the end of the fashion season in preparation for receiving the new seasons stock..
