LYRE's Classico Sparkling

This is a nice drink on its own, a just a hint of sweetness which is great for mixing in cocktails. Add to your sauce recipes for an authentic white wine like flavour 9/10
Old Cuban
60ml Lyre's White Cane Spirit
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
8 mint leaves
2 dashes aromatic bitters
30ml Lyre's Classico
Shake all ingredients, except Lyre's Classico, with ice. Strain into cocktail glass, add Lyre's Classico slowly. Garnish with mint leaf
