This tasty AF gin alternative is 10/10, and crafted locally in Margaret River, WA. There are 3 versions in their range, more to come soon on the others. Well worth the price for the quality and also a great cork bottle to keep for a water bottle.
Serve simply over ice with a slice of lemon and sprig of rosemary or thyme - add soda water to top up or tonic if preferred.
