This Borossa Shiraz has a really interesting finish - with chocolate and maybe plum aromas? Tanins even? If you tasted it side by side to a full blown alcoholic shiraz you will notice the difference, however on it's own it rocks! Even better the next day and always, always, ALWAYS let the AF red wines breathe a little or decant. Winner - 8/10 Delicious alternative to enjoy with a cheese platter and all those red wine pairings on the menu.
